Donald Joseph Qualls better known by his DJ Qualls stage nickname DJ Qualls was born in America. He is a popular fashion actor, model and producer. The actor gained notoriety for his role in Road Trip he has since played in more than 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. Apart from his appearances with Road Trip he's appeared in over 22 TV shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order & other. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and diagnosed when he was 14 years old. Qualls is a fighter. After two years of treatment his cancer is now in the process of remission. Treatment was carried out so quickly that it caused a serious impact on the body and stunted his growth. At the age of a child, he was accustomed to living in poverty and therefore, financial stability was his primary goal. He said "I've had a very low-cost lifestyle for so long that I'm looking for financial security because otherwise everything will seem out of control and that's not good for me." He also recalls his own childhood and wants to address the problem of being bullied. It breaks my heart when I hear what he says. The best role for DJ is that of a true father. He does however admit that directors do not usually choose me for those types of characters. He'd like to be a dad one day, to be able to devote more time with the children as well as his professional.
