Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh was born 17th October, 1992 in the Indian state of, is a movie actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu film, as well as some appearances in Malayalam. She received the National Film Award for Best Actress as the the role of actress Savitri in her role in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Additionally, she was awarded three SIIMA Awards as well as the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the daughter of film producer G. Suresh Kumar, and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her acting journey began in the mid 2000s. She was the lead in Geethaanjali, a Malayalam-language film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy signed her first Tamil projects in 2015 and started accepting projects from Malayalam. In 2015, she released A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu opposite one another. But, both films were not a success in the cinemas. A busy schedule during 2015 led her decide to pull out of projects that she was already developing, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, to be able to accommodate bigger projects. Within a brief period she also worked together with Sivakarthikeyan for Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor for Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. The film that she played in was her Telugu debut had been scheduled to be titled Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. It was delayed from 2015 with reports that it would be released in September 2020, under the new name Janakitho Nenu. In 2016, Nenu Sailaja with Ram Pothineni, was her debut. Keerthy made her debut on screen in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay. She was in Tamil movie Paambhu Satai and Telugu film Nenu Local both in 2017.
